Gemma & Lewis’ Wedding at Mitton Hall

So it finally came around, the date when our great friends Gemma and Lewis got married!

This wedding was certainly the result of everyone joining together to make it all happen, we love it when the bride and groom’s families pitch in with organising and making things.

The whole day was so unique to Gemma and Lewis… they had a rather cute Disney theme for the tables complimented by the amazing name tags that Gemma’s sister Ruth (a very talented artist) drew by hand. You can check out more of her work here. Hats off – they looked amazing!

Added to that was the superb table plan hand made from scratch by Gemma’s dad, the cake made by Lewis’ mum and the pretty table details that had been made by the Brownies group Gemma leads.

Lewis and his brother Jonathan work in the family business (J. and R. Holden Haulage) and they brought one of the wagons along from the yard, all jazzed up to get them to Mitton Hall in style. Both families are such friendly and open people so it was a recipe for a fantastic day finishing with lots of enthusiastic dancing!
